WELCOME

Hello & welcome to my blog 😀

I have been struggling with my weight for many years and like most people I have tried so many different diets I have lost count !!

Well I have now turned Forty !!! and It has finally sunk in  (about time!) that I don’t need  to follow a diet but to find a plan that suits me & my family on a day to day basis. It also need to be a plan that will basically become my new lifestyle, so for me now I no longer follow diets but have decided to follow the Slimming World Food Optimising Plan ….

Ahhhh a diet plan I hear you shout….. but NO I am going to change the way I eat and think about food so that Food Optimising becomes a normal way for me to eat and enjoy my life.

So as I wave goodbye to diets I wave hello to the beginning of a new me, yes I know it is going to be a long road ahead and yes some days I may even  take the scenic route but I will get there…. I can & I will do this…….
