Ok so after a not to bad week I was happy to say that at weigh in last night as I lost 5 1/2lbs 😀 😀
So that’s what I gained last week off now I just need to work my way to where I had got to !!!! Slow and steady and to be honest I am just aiming each day to have that day on plan 100% 😀 😀
Very slowly trying to break the bad eating habits ……..
