This is a great soup that is not only very tasty but also really simple to make just so long as you know how to use a tin opener ! 😛
You Need :
- 2 Tins Tomatoes
- 1 Tin Baked Beans
- 1 Small Tin Of Carrots
- 3 or 4 Pickled Onion
- 1/2 Pint Water
- Open all the tins and then tip each one in to a large sauce pan (drain the carrots first though)
- Heat though and then blend until smooth.
If you like a thick soup then just add lest water, if you like a thinner soup add more water.
The soup is fine stored in the fridge for a few days or you can portion it off and freeze some 😀
The soup at one point was classed as a speed soup so great for boosting weight loss however Baked Beans are no longer a speed food but still a great soup and almost speedy 😛
