SYN FREE LEMON CURD

SYN FREE LEMON CURD

  • 3 Heaped Dessert Spoons Of Sweetener
  • Grated Rind & Juice Of 1 lemon
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2oz Quark

 

Mix sweetener with grated rind. In separate bowl, beat egg with lemon juice add sweetener mixture to egg mixture and put bowl over a pan of simmering water stir slowly until mixture thickens (approx 5 mins) remove from heat and stir in Quark.
