Dinner Menu …. Week 4

So as I am being very organised this week as need to stay on plan 110% this is my dinners I have planed for the week, I have even printed off a copy to stick on my fridge !


  • Wednesday  – Piri Piri Chicken Salad
  • Thursday – Chicken Tikka Massala & Rice with Sagg Aloo
  • Friday  – Chilli & Rice with salad
  • Saturday – Chicken Tikka Massala & Rice
  • Sunday – Roast Turkey, Roast Potatoes, Mixed Veg
  • Monday – Slimming World Spiced Chicken & Potato Wedges with salad
  • Tuesday –  Burger In A Bowl
